Privacy Policy

For decisions about the limited first-party processing described in this policy, the operator of YouSing acts as the controller. The privacy contact channel appears at the end of this page.

Vercel, Google/YouTube, Ezoic, Awin, advertisers, and their respective partners may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service and their own terms. YouSing does not determine all purposes, retention periods, or safeguards adopted by those third parties, and this policy does not replace their policies.

YouSing is a static website with no account, registration, contact form, payment flow, or first-party API. We therefore do not directly request your name, email address, password, identification document, or payment details.

• Technical access data: IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser type, operating system or device, and diagnostic or security events may be processed by the hosting provider and external services.
• Information entered to use features: the YouTube link, microphone and sharing choices, and audio settings are processed in the browser within the limits described below.
• Media: your voice, tab or screen audio, and recording output remain on your device and are not received by YouSing.

Audio and video capture and editing take place in your browser. This includes microphone testing, automatic note and key detection, autotune, RNNoise, effects, synchronization, mixing, preview, and MP3 or MP4 creation. YouSing does not send this media to its own servers or use it for identification, advertising, profiling, or decisions that have legal effects.

Media is held temporarily in session memory. Closing or reloading the page will normally discard that temporary content. A downloaded file remains in the location you choose and under your control. The site uses no first-party cookies or localStorage; language comes from the URL, while browser capabilities, language preferences, and time zone may be examined locally to adapt the interface without being sent to YouSing.

Your browser releases the microphone or a tab, window, or screen only after an action and your permission. YouSing does not request camera access. When sharing, you choose the source in the browser's own picker; share only content you have the right to use.

The captured stream is used locally for recording and mixing. You can stop capture through the site or browser controls and can review or revoke permissions in your browser settings. Your browser may retain the decision and some permission indicators independently of this policy.

When you paste a link, YouSing extracts only the video identifier locally. That identifier is sent to YouTube only when you ask to load the video; the YouTube API and embedded player are then loaded, and Google/YouTube may receive data such as your IP address, technical identifiers, browser details, player interactions, and cookies or similar technologies.

YouSing does not request Google/YouTube sign-in, access authorized account data, or keep a server-side history of the link. Use of the player is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and Google's explanation of data on partner sites. Those companies control their own processing; this policy cannot change their cookies, retention, or choices.

On pages, in regions, and on devices where advertising is enabled, Ezoic and advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing data to serve, cap, measure, and, where permitted, personalize ads, prevent fraud, and create reports.

Where privacy banners or controls are made available, use them to record or change your choices; you can also manage cookies in your browser. Refusing certain uses may make ads less personalized, but not every technically necessary activity relies on consent. See the Ezoic Privacy Policy. The presence of this policy alone does not activate, block, or control third-party technologies.

Some editorial guides contain clearly identified affiliate links. If you click one, your browser will be redirected through Awin's tracking technology and then to the advertiser's website. Awin and the advertiser will then process data under their own policies.

• Click and campaign data: a pseudonymous click or tracking identifier, date and time, referring YouSing page, campaign, advertiser, and selected link.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser, device type, and technical identifiers.
• Limited transaction data: when the advertiser confirms a purchase or other action, Awin may receive the transaction reference and status, order value, voucher use, product type or category, and sales channel. YouSing does not receive card or payment credentials.

This data may be used to attribute the conversion to the correct link, calculate commissions, bill, verify transactions, prevent fraud or abuse, and produce performance and commission reports for YouSing, Awin, and advertisers.

Under the current setup, YouSing affiliate links are simple HTML links: they do not embed an Awin script, pixel, or iframe and therefore do not initiate a request to Awin before the click. Once clicked, Awin's and the advertiser's controls and retention periods apply. See the Awin Privacy Policy.

The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver and protect pages, Vercel may process IP address, URL, date and time, user agent, and diagnostic or security logs under its Privacy Notice.

Visual fonts are hosted and served by YouSing itself, with no separate connection to Google Fonts. Loading those files uses the same Vercel infrastructure. Vercel independently determines some of its controls and retention, which are not governed by this policy.

The processing described is used to deliver the requested service, run on-device recording and editing features, load the selected video, remember or adapt options only during use, protect the site, diagnose failures, comply with legal obligations, and, where enabled, fund the service through advertising.

Where law requires a legal basis, it will depend on context and may include performance of the requested service, your choice or consent for permissions and advertising where required, legitimate interests in operation and security following any required balancing, and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations. Third parties determine and explain their own legal bases in their respective policies.

YouSing does not sell your recordings or share them with advertisers. Necessary technical data may be processed by the providers named above for hosting, video, fonts, and advertising. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when required by law, a valid order, the defense of legal rights, or a proportionate need to prevent abuse and incidents.

These providers may operate in other countries, so technical data may be transferred internationally subject to safeguards required by applicable law and each provider's practices. Because third parties control part of this flow, this policy cannot promise where all data will be processed.

Audio, video, autotune buffers, and mixes remain only in memory as needed for the local session and do not create a copy on a YouSing server. Exported files remain on your device until you delete them. Because the site uses no first-party cookies or localStorage, there is no persistent preference created by YouSing for you to delete.

Infrastructure logs, identifiers, cookies, and data maintained by Vercel, Google/YouTube, Ezoic, or partners follow those third parties' retention periods and criteria, including security, billing, measurement, fraud prevention, and legal needs. This policy does not control those periods.

Under Brazil's LGPD, where applicable, you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawful data, portability under applicable rules, information about sharing and consent, withdrawal of consent, objection, and review of automated decisions. YouSing does not make automated decisions with legal effects or build a profile from autotune or key detection.

The GDPR and other local laws may provide additional rights, such as restriction, erasure, and a complaint to the competent authority. First send your request to the operator through the channel below; minimal information may be requested to locate the processing and verify legitimacy, without requesting unnecessary recordings or identification documents. You may also consult the Brazilian Data Protection Authority's guidance on data subject rights and complain to the ANPD or your regional authority. For data controlled by third parties, direct your request to them.

The local design reduces how much media is transmitted: recordings and voice processing stay in the browser. The site also limits permissions to requested functions and uses the HTTPS infrastructure provided by its host. Even so, no browser, device, network, or external service can provide absolute security.

Keep your browser and operating system updated, verify the source selected before sharing your screen, and avoid recording other people's sensitive information. Third-party services manage their own security, which this policy cannot guarantee.

YouSing is a general-purpose karaoke tool and was not designed to register children or teenagers. Because there is no account and recordings are not sent to YouSing, we do not seek to knowingly collect such information directly. Where required by law or the person's level of maturity, use should take place with a parent or guardian's guidance and supervision.

Guardians should assess the selected video, exposure involved in sharing a tab or screen, and YouTube, Google, and advertising rules. External services apply their own policies for minors, which this policy does not control.

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or laws change. The published version will show a new date and, where a material change warrants it, a prominent notice may be displayed on the site. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

An update to this policy does not retroactively change rights guaranteed by law or, by itself, modify third-party practices or policies.
